		Computer viruses – protection measures
		Security and confidentiality on the Web

3. Evaluation
		Ten review questions

Once module 2 is completed, the participant will be able to:
	Understand the fundamental principles of business e-mail ethics
	Distinguish facts from fiction regarding computer viruses
	Adopt best practices to prevent and detect viruses
	Recognize important elements of secure Internet connection
	Handle external requests for information in an appropriate manner
	Recognize signs of a potential social engineering attempt and apply appropriate preventive measures
	Adopt best practices regarding remote computer access and data security
